Brandon Clapp

Brandon Clapp is an associate with the firm. Brandon maintains a general litigation practice, which includes representing businesses and individuals in construction, employment, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, transportation and wrongful death litigation.

Brandon is admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama and has handled matters throughout the State. He also is admitted and practices in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.

Brandon is a native of Tennessee. He attended Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia where he played on the varsity golf team. Brandon graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in Public Service in 2009. He then attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and graduated in 2012. During law school, Brandon served as the Associate Chief Justice of the Honor Court and received Scholar of Merit Awards in Constitutional Law and State and Local Tax Law.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys golf, waterfowl hunting and live music.
