Mr. Luke attended Mississippi State University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honorary Society. He received a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 1991. While in law school, Mr. Luke served as the Writing Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and oversaw the process by which new members were selected. He is licensed to practice law in all Alabama State and Federal Courts. Mr. Luke’s practice focuses on civil litigation and he routinely practices in the areas of commercial transportation, products liability, insurance coverage, insurance defense, construction defect, general civil litigation and Appellate Practice. He is also a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Luke is married to the former Mary-Lynn Ellis and they have three children, Jordan, Sawyer and Gibson. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and boating. Mr. Luke is also a staunch supporter of Mississippi State Athletics.
